What is the Challenge-based Roundtable activity?
This is a high-impact, 30-minute interactive exchange designed to bridge the gap between industry and talent. You will exchange with other students in a small group of 5 to 8 people to tackle a company challenge by gathering fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.

Browse the list of available challenge-based roundtables and register for the themes that align with your interests or career goals (e.g., AI in Retail or Sustainable Finance).
Note: Registration is first-come, first-served. You will know the broad theme at this stage, but the specific "live" challenge will remain a surprise until the session begins to test your agility!
🔍 October – November: Do Your Homework
While you don’t have the specific problem yet, you can still gain an edge. Research the participating company’s current projects, their values, and the general industry trends surrounding your chosen theme.

- Pro Tip: Brush up on brainstorming frameworks (like "Design Thinking") so you’re ready to structure your thoughts quickly.

This is your time to shine. You will join a small, elite group of peers to tackle a real-world corporate dilemma led by a company representative.
- The Pitch: Listen closely as the representative presents the challenge.
- The Exchange: Engage in an open, high-energy dialogue. Focus on how to shift mindsets, improve processes, or rethink communication.
