Stands & Logistical Support
Promote your brand and career opportunities with exhibition stands, which are set-up and provided for you on the day of the Job Fair. Logistical support is offered to you regarding the set-up and sending materials in advance.
Please note that there are fire and safety regulations in place that dictate special requirements for decorations and materials used throughout the premises.
Interviews
with Students & Alumni
Obtain applications from CEMS students and alumni who graduated in the past four years. The student and alumni application consists of a CV.
Students and alumni are required to submit their application two months in advance (September), giving you the chance to pre-screen and select up to 54 candidates. In addition, the interviewers can also browse the talent profile database on the platform and invite candidates for interviews.
Using the dedicated platform, Corporate Partners will be able to screen and compile CVs of all CEMS students & alumni who applied to your company according to specific criteria, such as nationality, language, home school etc.
Each interview slot lasts 30, 45 or 60 minutes, enabling interviewers to conduct a maximum of 18 interviews each in pre-assigned individual rooms. Each company will have up to max. 3 interview rooms at their disposal.
Informal 1&1 Chats
Reserve dedicated interview rooms near your booth to conduct 30min 1&1 chats with promising candidates you will pre-screen beforehand. This allows for deeper discussions and a more efficient talent spoting process.
Challenge-based Roundtables
Looking for a more dynamic way to engage with top-tier talent than a standard booth chat?
Our Challenge-based Roundtable sessions offer high-impact, two 30-minute windows to tackle your real-world business challenges with the leaders of tomorrow. Instead of just reviewing CVs, you’ll lead an interactive brainstorm—allowing you to observe students’ analytical skills, creativity, and collaborative spirit in real-time. Whether you’re refining an AI strategy or navigating ESG complexities, you’ll walk away with innovative solutions and a clear shortlist of stand-out candidates.
Accredited Skill Seminar
Get a chance to share knowledge with a truly international group of students and raise your company visibility within the CEMS network. Skill seminars are training seminars in practical skills for small groups of students, ensuring an interactive dimension.
These half-day skill seminars are available on a first come, first serve basis for 10 to 25 CEMS students on a specific business topic.
Collaborative Session
This collaborative session is bringing all participating Corporate Partners Senior Contacts and Academic Members to exchange ideas, share best pratices, and explore new ways to collaborate. This session will allow you to meet face-to-face with your target schools, discuss concrete cooperation possibilities, exchange ideas and best practices with other company representatives working with CEMS.
Networking Cocktail & Dinner
with Corporate & Academic Representatives
Network with your corporate peers and CEMS member school representatives in a friendly and relaxing environment. The event venue will be communicated shortly. The cocktail & dinner will be held on Friday 6 November at 8:00 pm, at an additional cost of €60 per representative.

Alumni & CP Mingle
CEMS Alumni, CEMS Corporate Partners, Academic Member school representatives are kindly invited to get together in parallel to the 2026 CEMS Career Forum. We will head to the heart of Prague for several drinks and delicious appetizers. Don't miss this opportunity to mix and mingle while growing your network. This event is kindly organised by the CEMS Local Alumni Chapter Czech Republic and the CEMS Global Office Alumni Relations.
The Alumni & CP Mingle will be held on Saturday 7 of November from 7pm to 10:30pm at an additional cost.

The Career Forum Party will be held on Saturday 7 of November at 11 pm, at an additional cost of €25 per representative.
