The CEMS Career Forum is a CEMS Community-exclusive event taking place in Prague University of Economics and Business, Pragur, from 6 - 7 November. CEMS Corporate Partners will offer many activities and interact with you through skill seminars, Focus Groups, Interviews and the traditional exhibition stands.
It will be a unique chance for you to discover many career opportunities offered by our CEMS Corporate Partners. Meet and interact with leading global companies, learn more about opportunities for internships and permanent employment, and broaden your network by participating in the CEMS Career Forum 2026.

Accredited Skill Seminar
The accredited skill seminars (0.25 ECTS) are a unique opportunity to develop your talent. This is a one-off chance to acquire knowledge from the Corporate Partners and exchange it with fellow students in a truly global setting. Each skill seminar will be available for 10-25 CEMS students and will be held at Prague University of Economics and Business on November 6.
You can register between September 7th to October 15th, on a first come first serve basis. Remember that all skill seminars take place simultaneously, so you can only participate in one.
Interviews
The CEMS Career Forum offers students and young alumni (0-4 years after graduation) the opportunity to make up to 10 requests for interviews with corporate representatives attending the event.
- The interviews are 30, 45 or 60-minute long, based upon the preferences of the Corporate Partners. It can be a pre-screening interview, mock interview or formal interview with a representative in a dedicated interview room at ESADE.
It is a unique opportunity to make a first career move, exchange and get direct feedback and career tips from professionals in many industries. You can find a list of CEMS Corporate Partners offering Interviews in the brochure. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and is subject to change.
In addition, note that companies will also be able to conduct "on-the-spot" interviews, which means asking you for a non-schedule interview during the job fair.

Challenge-based Roundtables
Ready to show what you can do beyond your GPA?
The Challenge-based Roundtable activity is your chance to step into the boardroom for 30 minutes. You’ll collaborate in small teams to solve a "live" challenge presented by a leading company, ranging from tech integration to corporate ethics.
This isn't a lecture—it’s a high-energy exchange where your fresh ideas are the main event. It’s the ultimate opportunity to demonstrate your problem-solving skills directly to recruiters and gain valuable industry insights in an informal, pedagogical setting.
Exhibition Stand
During the job fair on November 8, you can visit the information stands of each participating CPs and talk to the company representatives. Employers can answer questions and discuss roles at their companies, talk about their company culture and various other topics.
The job fair will be running from 10am to 5pm and is a great opportunity to learn from a CEMS alumi, get more information about a graduate programme, internship offers, or new hires opportunities.
Career Forum Party
After experiencing the Career Forum, it is time to let loose and celebrate! This year, CEMS Club Prague proudly presents the highly anticipated afterparty. This event offers a perfect opportunity to share first impressions, broaden your network within the CEMS Alliance, and build lifelong relationships with fellow students, alumni, corporate representatives, and academic members.

CEMS Startup Challenge
The CEMS STARTUP CHALLENGE is back!
Whether you are working on a business idea or you are already running a startup, you definitely want to apply to the CEMS Startup Challenge 2026 - the biggest entrepreneurial event in the CEMS year - that will be held on the 7th of November at the CEMS Career Forum at VSE (Prague University of Economics and Business).
Besides the amazing pitching competition, the program will include coaching and networking with experienced entrepreneurs and investors, and pitching credited with 0.50 ECTS.
